CD – profil s.r.o. conducts its business with respect for the environment. We put an emphasis on preventive measures to minimise their impact on the environment during production processes.

While introducing new technologies and purchasing investments, we effectively take environmental aspects into account and prefer sources with higher energy efficiency. We take environmental protection responsibly.

We also pay increased attention to creating safe and healthy working conditions, we strive for maximum use of resources and energy, apply the principle of precaution and responsible care, which are the means to contributing to ensure sustainable development.

The strategy for achieving our policy is marked by the following intentions:

• respecting obligations under the applicable legislation and other regulations and requirements in relation to safety, the environment and energy use, consumption and efficiency
• continuously improving the working conditions of all our employees by ensuring high standards of the working environment and safety equipment
• reducing work and environmental risks arising from the presence and operation of technologies and their use
• protecting the environment against pollution and contamination from hazardous and noxious substances
• implementing preventative and cost-effective measures to save resources and energy with the objective of resource sustainability in developing the company
• promoting the use of renewable energy resources and increasing the share of used resources with lower rate CO² production
• educating and guiding all employees in the company to ensure that the principle of health and safety protection, environmental protection, energy management and sustainability of resources will become a natural part of their daily work
