Production
CD – profil s.r.o. introduces a highly effective and flexible organisation aimed at cold-formed steel – rolling, extruding and perforating.
The feed, galvanised sheet steel or black cold- and hot-formed sheet steel, is divided at the dividing lines which are a part of company’s machinery. The profile production is done on single-purpose and universal rolling lines allowing for perforating and longitudinal laser welding. The laser welding technology allows welding the profiles of various shapes and materials.
CD – profil s.r.o. has several mechanical, hydraulic, eccentric presses, plating equipment and various related machine accessories.
The rolling lines are designed exclusively and directly in CD – profil s.r.o. and are even partly produced directly in the company.
Products
CD – profil s.r.o. produces light gauge cold-formed steel profiles and extruded parts that are widely used in various industries, such as furniture making, construction, agricultural, or electrical engineering industry, etc.
Within the possibilities of technological equipment, the production can be adapted to the customer requirements whether they concern the product dimensions, material type, type of coating, a range of perforation, packaging, etc. The thickness of the currently offered product range ranges from 0.6 mm to 3 mm.
The main export countries are Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Canada, Thailand, China.
Among the offered services related to the production of steel profiles is, in addition to developing new products, the logistics and transport of products directly to the customer.
