Packaging

Besides rolling and extrusion, packaging has become a part of CD – profil s.r.o. portfolio of services. After finished the production, all finished products are packaged so as to create conditions for cost-effective storage, transport, handling and protection of product from outside conditions. However, the packaging ensures the fulfilment of hygienic, aesthetic and ecological requirements of the consumer and the company.

Within the packaging conditions, we fully respect and flexibly respond to the customer requirements. We use wooden fence and cardboard packaging to package finished products. In the case of shipping overseas, we use special IPPC pallets and desiccants that protect the quality of finished products from the mechanical, climatic and biological effects.

The packaging process is streamlined with a packaging line which makes it possible to pack the finished products in heat-shrinkable film or bags according to the customer requirements.
