Window profiles/reinforcements

CD – profil s.r.o. produces almost all types of profiles of famous profile systems such as Salamander, Gealan, Veka, Rehau, Roplasto, Brügmann, Thyssen, Internova, Aluplast, Deceuninck, Horizont, Trocal, KBE, Kömmerling, etc. This is a wide range of steel rolled profiles of different shape and cross-section used in the production of plastic windows and doors. Window profiles are made of hot-dip galvanised sheet with a usual thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm or 2.5 mm. CD – profil s.r.o. offers door milled reinforcements as well. They are mostly welded rolled profiles of a non-standard length with milled holes for anchoring a handle.

House skeletons

House skeletons are supporting prefabricated house constructions from hot-dip galvanised profiles.

Door-frame profiles

Door-frame profiles are made from classic non-galvanised sheet in the lengths according to the customer requirements. By mutual agreement, we may also manufacture door-frame profiles with fire protection improvements. 

Suspension rails

Suspension rails are perforated steel profiles of various shapes which are used for the installation of suspension systems. These are fitting ST beams used for an assembly of piping and HVAC and electrical installation systems.
